If something is flared up, we’ll modify on the day and keep you moving without pushing through pain.
Do I need to be fit already?
No. You don’t need any gym experience. We coach everything: how to move, how to lift, and how to progress. We’ll keep it simple at the start, go at the right pace for you, and build you up steadily.
