How it works
Step 1 - Intro Consultation
We’ll chat through your goal, training history, and any injuries or limitations, then take a complimentary InBody scan so you have a clear baseline.
Step 2 - Your Plan & Schedule
We build a plan around your goal and your routine - how many sessions per week, what you’ll do on non-PT days, and what progress looks like.
Step 3 - Train, Track, Progress
You train with your coach, we progress the plan week to week, and we re-check your progress with complimentary InBody check-ins.
