What it is

Training that meets you where you are.

Masters is built for people who want to feel strong and capable as they get older, whether you have trained for years or are coming back after a long break.

Every member starts with an assessment, so the coaching fits your body, your history and your goals. The work is real strength training, scaled sensibly, in a small group that quickly feels like a community.

You will build strength, protect your joints, improve your balance and move with more confidence in everyday life.

How we coach

Looked after from your first session.

01

Start with an assessment

We get to know your history, any niggles or conditions, and what you want from training before you lift a thing.

02

Coached every step

Sessions are led start to finish by our team, with every movement scaled to suit you. No guesswork, no being left to figure it out.

03

Progress that lasts

We build strength gradually and keep track of how you are getting on, so the gains keep coming and stay with you.

I had not trained in years and was nervous walking in. The team put me at ease straight away and I am stronger now than I was at 50.

The assessment at the start made all the difference. Everything is built around what my body can do, and they keep an eye on me every session.

A great group of people and brilliant coaches. I look forward to it every week, which I never thought I would say about the gym.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

I have not trained in years. Is Masters still for me?+
Yes. Most of our members start exactly there. We begin with an assessment and scale every movement to where you are now, then build from there at a pace that suits you.
What if I have an injury or a health condition?+
That is what the physio-led approach is for. We talk through your history at the assessment, adapt the training around it, and our team keeps an eye on things every session.
What is the difference between Churchtown and Knocklyon?+
Churchtown runs in small 1:6 groups for closer attention. Knocklyon runs in a slightly larger group. Both are physio-led and follow the same approach. Pick whichever location is handier for you.
What does the intro offer include?+
At Churchtown, €129 covers a 1-on-1 physio assessment plus four small-group sessions. At Knocklyon, €75 covers your first block of sessions. Both are a relaxed way to try it before you commit.
Do I need a referral to join?+
No referral needed. Just book a consultation and we will take it from there.
